We’re proud to share that XRAI Glass has been selected to pilot our real-time captioning and translation technology at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) this summer, helping to improve communication at some of the airport’s most critical touchpoints.
This pilot will focus on enhancing accessibility at ticket booths and border control, providing live, AI-powered captions and translations that allow passengers – particularly those who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or non-native English speakers – to navigate travel more confidently and independently.

DFW is one of the world’s largest and busiest airports, welcoming over 73 million passengers each year and operating 171 gates across five terminals. With its own zip code, emergency services, and a footprint spanning nearly 27 square miles, DFW functions like a city in its own right – making it a powerful proving ground for innovative technologies that can scale.
By bringing real-time captioning and translation to this dynamic environment, XRAI Glass aims to show how AI can contribute to more seamless, accessible experiences – not just on the ground, but throughout the entire journey.
