We apologize for this experience and are happy to assist! Please try these steps below to ensure these steps resolve this for you.
- Please go to your Nebula app
- Click on Mine
- Open up Settings
- Disable 'Stabilize Head Follow Mode'
- Return back to the main app page.
- Force quit the app
- Reopen it and plug the glasses back in and see how this works out going forward.
