If you are experiencing problems with getting the Nreal glasses to load up and you got this error, not a problem! It is likely a DEX issue. Follow the steps below on how to resolve:
*Note these instructions only work for Samsung phones.
- Go to Settings on your Samsung Phone
- Click on Connected Devices
- Make sure that 'Auto start when HDMI is connected' is disabled
- Exit Settings
- Fully pull down the quick menu from the top and swipe to the second page
- Toggle DEX on and off; ensuring it is off
- Restart the phone (you should only have to do this once).
- Try activating the glasses again and see how it works out!
