Why does my Samsung phone show an Error 11 with Nreal Air Glasses?

If you are experiencing problems with getting the Nreal glasses to load up and you got this error, not a problem! It is likely a DEX issue. Follow the steps below on how to resolve:

*Note these instructions only work for Samsung phones.

  1. Go to Settings on your Samsung Phone
  2. Click on Connected Devices
  3. Make sure that 'Auto start when HDMI is connected' is disabled
  4. Exit Settings
  5. Fully pull down the quick menu from the top and swipe to the second page
  6. Toggle DEX on and off; ensuring it is off
  7. Restart the phone (you should only have to do this once).
  8. Try activating the glasses again and see how it works out!
