      What system requirements does XRAI Glass have?

      Internet, devices, Android/iOS versions, AR Glasses

      To be able to download XRAI Glass app on your device to get real time subtitles, you will need a smartphone or a tablet with either:

      Android (Phone/Tablet) running on version 12 - and above
      iPhone/iPad - running on version 12 or newer

      Internet connection
      You do not need a network connection to run XRAI Glass unless you are using one of the premium subtitling engines. More information on how to set up offline transcription can be found here. [link to offline article]
      You'll need a reliable Internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) to run the premium subtitling engines available in over 140 languages and dialects.

      Account Setup
      In order to create your XRAI Glass account, you'll need one of the following:

      • Apple Account
      • Azure Active Directory
      • Microsoft Account
      • Gmail account
      • LinkedIn account
      AR Glasses compatible with XRAI Glass

      If you are considering getting a set of AR glasses in the future, be sure to visit our AR glasses' compatibility pages listed below to check which devices on their list will also work with XRAI Glass to ensure you get the best experience. 

      Nreal Air AR Glasses

      Rokid Max AR Glasses

      • Their platform only requires Android 10 or newer, we highly recommend checking to ensure the device you are considering run on Android 12 or newer otherwise it will be incompatible with XRAI Glass.
